Description:
Modern take on dim sum & tea parlor that capture the duality of shadow. From dim sum parlor by day to tea-cocktail lounge by night. here, we examine the breadth and depth of tas and herbs from around the world, using them in novel ways in our dim sum as well as crafing exquisite cocktails that complements and enhances this unique culinary experience. The team examines the history of tea ceremony and enthnobotony to create familiar yet exciting new possibilities, paying homage to the treasured past and millennnia of accumulated wisdom that shaed this prfound practice of body, mind, and spirit integrated with modern lifestyle.

Description:
A 60 acre parcel of land located upstate, complete with its own lake, unique typography consisting of rolling hills and New England flora and fauna. Here, we innovate upon pre-fabricated lodges popular in the area, connecting them together to form larger format “farm houses” imbued with elegant Japanese minimalism that elevates the senses and purifies the soul. A true retreat that allows you to reconnect with the essence of being and grounds you amidst the hustle and bustle of Manhattan a short car ride away…
